Paul re-joined Macdonald Barnett in 1992, following project assignments in New Plymouth, Indonesia and Qatar. Paul has since completed many structural design projects in a Project Engineers capacity, including construction observation and the administration of small to medium sized contracts. He currently utilizes his overall experience of building design and construction, to investigate and advise on structural damage and failures. Most recently he has reported on remedial solutions for earthquake damaged buildings.
